Time really flies!
It is the last class of this semester!
Hanging the “Deformed Curves” creative project on the wall for the last time, it is surprising to find that nearly half of the students have completed quilting!
These works are just like super stars after the quilting is finished.
They are stunning!
It is hard to believe that we only spent 6 classes to complete the works!
Students have tried the whole bag of tricks this time and used techniques that they have never tried before to improve their creative skills!
It is also the last chance for them to ask me questions about the “Deformed Curves” project.
After today's class, I will only answer sewing-related questions online.
I just came back from the United States and would love to take this opportunity to share my experience at the Quilt National Artist Reunion!
Congratulations to the model students of this semester, Ying-Ya, Mei-Chun, Yi-An, Hui-Ling, Chun-Hsiang and Li-Chen!
A big thank you to our class leader, Yen-Chiu, and vice class leader, Su-Ping! Good job, ladies!
And, congratulations to the students who have done a great job in creating new works, Jin-Mei, Lien-Chao, Mei-Hui, Su-Ping, Shu-Chen, Shu-Juan, Li-Chen, Sakae Kadotani, Mei-Chun and Wen-Hua!
Finally, there are a few reminders for you.
We took photos of each work in today's class, but some of them are not quilted yet.
Please take photos of your completed work and upload them to our Facebook group.
We will wait until we have all the photos before publishing the portfolio!
See you next semester on September 5!
